Multiple OS in VPS Web Hosting
We provide as many as 3 different Linux distributions for the Operating System of our virtual private servers - Debian, CentOS and Ubuntu. These are among the most stable and reliable OSs available and we supply all three instead of just 1 as we realize that you may want to install some software that has specific requirements regarding the Operating System it shall run on. The latter is due to the fact that each of the three Operating Systems has a huge support community behind it and there're various software programs you may install on the web server. Your OS selection will also determine what hosting Control Panel can be installed on the VPS if you would like to use one and for this reason we offer multiple Control Panels too. If you ever decide that you want another OS, our tech support can quickly wipe the present one and install the one that you'd like. We also offer an optional service to have the OS on your VPS updated weekly.
Multiple OS in Dedicated Servers Hosting
The dedicated server plans that we offer come with as many as three different Operating Systems to choose from. They are all Linux release - Ubuntu, CentOS and Debian, and not only do they have no license taxes, but they’re also regarded as the most reliable and risk-free OSs. We provide three different ones as each one of them is supported by a different community. The packages that you can add on your hosting server are different and this may matter in case you need to install some piece of software with particular requirements regarding the hosting environment. In this light, the web hosting Control Panel that you can select for the dedicated server is also determined by the Operating System that you will select. You can pick any of the three Operating Systems throughout the order process, however if needed, we can always install the server anew with another one upon your request. As an additional service that you can add to the plan any time, we can update the OS on a regular basis in order to keep it as risk-free as possible.
